About This Course
Course Introduction
Hua Tuo's Acupuncture Tradition is taught by Instructor Huo Gaofeng. Focusing on meridian obstruction and yin-change regions, it begins with key cervical, thoracic, lumbar, and sacral paraspinal regions, combining Hua Tuo extra points and Liangyi yin-yang needling to develop point-selection and procedural reasoning. The course emphasizes the 4321 rule: four key yin-change regions, a maximum of three Hua Tuo extra points, two yin-yang needling approaches, and one clear procedure pathway. It is intended for learners organizing experience-based needling into regional assessment, point combinations, and case review.

Student Feedback
The 4321 rule works well for taking notes. It keeps my learning organized and helps me know where to begin an assessment.
The course gave me a new understanding of the relationship between paraspinal regions and local concerns, making case review more focused.
The teaching is direct and suits learners with some acupuncture background who want to study further.
