What We Collect
When you voluntarily submit our course enquiry form and consent to storage, we save your name, email address, country or region, phone number, course of interest, submission time and consent status so logged-in administrators can follow up. The form does not automatically send emails or text messages. If you choose the WhatsApp button, WhatsApp handles subsequent conversations, and this website does not save those conversations. Store orders retain the information needed for fulfilment: name, email, phone, shipping address, products purchased, amount, currency, shipping method, payment platform order number and order status.
How We Use Information
Information is used to reply to enquiries, calculate orders, process payment status, arrange delivery, provide order support, prevent fraud and fulfil applicable accounting, tax and legal obligations. We do not collect or store full bank card numbers, security codes or online banking passwords on this website.
Third-Party Services
When you choose WhatsApp, email or a third-party payment service, relevant information is processed by that service under its privacy policy. Payment platforms handle payment credentials directly. We retain only transaction identifiers and status needed for fulfilment and reconciliation. Carriers receive the recipient information needed for delivery.
Retention, Security and Your Choices
Enquiry records are used only to follow up on course enquiries and are protected by administrator login and access controls. You may use the email address on our contact page to request access to, correction of or deletion of your enquiry record. Order information is retained for as long as needed for fulfilment, refunds, dispute handling and legal obligations, with access controls and least-privilege protection. Contact us to check or correct order contact details. Deletion requests are subject to outstanding orders, disputes and legal retention obligations. Do not submit medical records, identity documents, full payment details or other unnecessary sensitive information in the enquiry form.
