For a physical-product return, retain the product, packaging and proof of order, and contact us within the applicable period for return instructions. Sending goods back without confirmation may delay processing. Refund eligibility for digital content that has been delivered, activated or downloaded depends on the conditions accepted at checkout and applicable law.
Refund Methods and Timing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. After this website processes a refund, the bank or payment platform may need additional time. Whether shipping charges, return postage, customs duties or exchange-rate differences are refundable depends on the order conditions, responsibility for the issue and applicable law.

Refund arrangements for course services remain subject to the separate course agreement confirmed by both parties.
