Shipping Methods and Charges
Available shipping methods, shipping charges and free-shipping conditions are recalculated by the server and clearly shown before checkout, based on the destination country or region and cart contents. Physical-product orders cannot be placed for destinations without a configured shipping method.
Processing and Shipping Times
Available estimated processing and shipping times are shown on the product or checkout page. These are reasonable estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Holidays, customs, weather and carrier conditions may cause delays.
Addresses and Tracking
Check the recipient, phone number and complete address before payment. After shipment, if tracking is available for the shipping method, we will send it using the contact details on the order.
Customs Duties and Import Charges
Cross-border orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees. Unless the checkout page expressly states these are included, the recipient is generally responsible under local rules.
Delivery Issues
If an order address needs correcting, tracking has not updated for a long time or a product arrives with a problem, promptly send the order number through our contact page. Do not send bank card or payment account passwords.
