About This Course
Course Introduction
Chinese Herbal Teas is taught by Wu Chunmei and explores teas using food-medicine ingredients, tongue-based pattern differentiation, the nine constitutions, and common subhealth concerns. It emphasizes clear formulas, disclosed quantities, and palatable recipes that are easier to maintain, turning complex TCM regulation into practical learning through everyday tea drinking. Topics include high blood pressure, high blood sugar and high blood lipids; dampness and weight management; nodules; menstrual pain and uterine-cold patterns; sleep and anxiety; children's digestion; older adults' cardiovascular and brain health; and colds and coughs. It also addresses people interested in herbal-tea services for family wellness, attracting clients, and customer care.

Student Feedback
The tea formulas were easier to put into practice than I expected. The instructor clearly explained tongue appearance and constitution correspondences.
I previously did not know how to prepare everyday wellness teas for my family. After the course, I can gradually adjust them according to constitution.
For service businesses, it suits an ongoing service offering, and clients find it much more acceptable than bitter medicines.
