Bone-setting and Tuina
Changyuan Natural Spinal Therapy
Study a systematic path from posture observation to manual regulation, covering spinal health, sinew-bone balance, qi and blood flow, and practical gentle bone-setting.
About This Course
Course Introduction
Changyuan Natural Spinal Therapy is taught by Liu Changyuan. Focusing on spinal health, it explores the ideas of aligned bones, supple sinews, freely moving qi and blood, gentle bone-setting, and in-person practice. It helps students understand relationships between the spine, fascia, joints, posture, and qi-and-blood movement, building a framework for natural spinal regulation from overall structure. It does not emphasize forceful twisting or pulling or rapid treatment of isolated areas. Through posture observation, spinal assessment, musculoskeletal relationships, and gentle manual techniques, it develops approaches described as gentler, safer, and better suited to long-term practice. It is intended for bone-setting and tuina practitioners, therapists, wellness-service staff, and people wishing to study spinal health management systematically.
Learn Step by Step
What You Will Learn
Explore natural spinal therapy's basic concepts and observe structural changes through standing posture, overall posture, shoulders and neck, back, lumbosacral region, and pelvis. Understand relationships among sinew-bone imbalance, spinal loading, and restricted movement.
The course develops a path of observing posture, assessing structure, understanding sinew-bone relationships, learning gentle manual techniques and practising safely. Systematic study introduces basic approaches to spinal health management, sinew-bone balance and everyday posture maintenance, supporting later study of practice services, family health regulation or advanced bone-setting and tuina.

Student Feedback
The course clearly explains the relationship between the spine and posture, considering overall structure rather than painful spots alone.
The gentle bone-setting approach suits long-term practice and has helped my neck, shoulder, and back services.
The material is good for gradually developing tactile skill. Posture observation and musculoskeletal balance were especially useful for me.
