About This Course
Course Introduction
Xuantian Zhuqi Meditation Retreat is taught by Li Sanjing. It combines foundational Daoist practices, mindfulness meditation, mind-body awareness, traditional wellness, and meditation training. Building qi, meditation, breathing, attention training, and daily cultivation are presented as ways to develop greater mind-body stability. Rather than theory alone, it combines online lessons with in-person meditation training, progressing from foundational understanding, practice methods, precautions, and underlying principles to a daily mind-body practice path. It is intended for TCM wellness enthusiasts, traditional-culture students, mind-body practitioners, and people seeking to improve everyday well-being through meditation and traditional practices.

Student Feedback
For the first time, the course connected meditation, breathing, and daily emotions for me, rather than leaving them as abstract concepts.
Qi cultivation and mindfulness suit daily practice. After the course, I felt steadier in my attention and mindset.
The content has depth in traditional culture and also requires consistent personal practice. It suits people seeking long-term self-cultivation.
